Sheriff’s Office — Brian Campbell, 37, Cream Ridge Road, Lisbon, was charged with misdemeanor aggravated menacing, fifth-degree felony obstructing official business and fourth-degree felony resisting arrest after deputies were dispatched at 10:43 p.m. Monday to Cream Ridge Road regarding Campbell allegedly threatening to burn his father’s house down.
