SALEM POLICE REPORTS — Daryl Fink, 77, Salem, was cited for failure to yield after his vehicle in the 2400 block of East State Street struck a vehicle driven by Christina Frits, 47, Lisbon, at 12:43 p.m. Friday. No injuries were reported. — Officers responded to the area of West State Street at 11:41 a.m. Friday for a reported reckless vehicle. The vehicle was located parked at a residence on West Wilson Street and officers advised the owner of the complaint. The janitorial staff was advised and said it must have been an accident. Sheriff’s Office — Deputies arrested James Davisson, Salienville, at 2:51 p.m. on Sunday, charging him with disorderly conduct, felony-five obstructing justice and felony-four resisting arrest in Salineville. Davisson allegedly was threatening people in the parking lot of an apartment complex and when approached by officers, Davisson refused an order to drop a knife he was holding.
