Salem — Officers responded to the 100 block of Cleveland Street at 10:41 a.m. Thursday for a speak with officer call. The caller advised that her brother put a storage bin full of clothes and his cell phone on the curb lawn unattended around 8 a.m. and when he went back outside two hours later it was located on the neighbor’s sidewalk emptied with all the clothes scattered on the lawn.
