-- Officers responded to the 100 block of Cleveland Street at 10:41 a.m. Thursday for a speak with officer call. The caller advised that her brother put a storage bin full of clothes and his cell phone on the curb lawn unattended around 8 a.m. and when he went back outside two hours later it was located on the neighbor's sidewalk emptied with all the clothes scattered on the lawn. Officers advised them that anything put on the curb could be mistaken for trash or free items and attempted to speak with the neighbor, but nobody was home.
-- Officers responded to the 200 block of South Broadway Avenue at 10:23 a.m. Thursday for a report of fraud. It was found that the person lived outside of city limits and was advised to contact the proper law enforcement agency.
-- Officers spoke to a person at the police department at 2:22 p.m. Thursday regarding unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. It was discovered that the incident had occurred outside the city, and they were referred to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
