Sheriff’s Office — A deputy responded at 1:02 a.m. Tuesday to an address on Cream Ridge Road, Elkrun Township where prowlers had been reported. The caller told the deputy the people had been under his trailer for the last four to six hours, however, when he called the sheriff’s office, he told the people he called and they fled on foot. He didn’t know who they were or where they went. Sheriff’s Office — Deputies and Lisbon police units responded at 4:11 p.m. Sunday to the Travelers Inn, state Route 45, Center Township for a domestic and learned en route that a person had an active warrant from Columbiana County. Upon arrival, the female victim said the suspect was still on the property. Deputies and Lisbon police officers started checking the property and apartments and found Kevin Neely, 44, state Route 45, Lisbon and apprehended him.
