The woman then tried to leave and Franks said he held onto her bag, at which point the woman tried to run while he had hold of her bag. Franks told the deputy he knew the movies were his by the stickers he placed on his movies. Jewell told the deputy she wanted to file assault and criminal damaging charges against Franks and also theft for the money, although when questioned by the deputy, she said she did not actually see Franks take the money.
