East Liverpool mayor tells council about preparations for monument unveiling

EAST LIVERPOOL — Mayor Bobby Smith told the East Liverpool City Council during Monday’s council meeting that it was going to be a busy week in the city, with the setting and unveiling of the Revolutionary War Monument at the corner of Sixth and Washington streets.
