Sheriff’s Office — A woman on Bayard Road, West Township reported at 8:01 p.m. Tuesday that her neighbor parked his vehicle on her property. A deputy spoke with the neighbor and he advised the woman and her boyfriend blocked the right of way to his backyard and his vehicle is not on their property.
