LISBON — Board members during Monday’s Columbiana County Board of Development Disabilities meeting approved the purchase of a 2026 Ford E350 Glaval van from Carpenter Bus sales for $118,900 plus a $1,500 delivery for a total of $120,400. Two arrested on drug charges following search of East Palestine home

EAST PALESTINE — Two people were arrested this week on drug charges following a police investigation. According to a statement released by the East Palestine Police Department on its Facebook page on Thursday the arrests were made on the 100 block of West Martin Street as the result of a search warrant executed at a home. “During the search of the residence officers recovered suspects narcotics, drug paraphernalia, electronic devices and several hypodermic syringes,” the statement said.
