Joseph R. Adams, 48, Holliday Street, East Liverpool, waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday in county Municipal Court for escape, a second-degree felony, and vandalism, a fifth-degree felony. WELLSVILLE – Village council is considering added a cost to bury cremains in an occupied grave. Council members recently agreed to have an ordinance drafted that would charge $350 on top of the grave opening and closing costs to bury cremains in an occupied grave at Springhill Cemetery. Council member Mike Lombardozzi told council members that currently if someone wants to bury the cremains of a relative in the occupied grave of another relative, they are only charged the fee for opening and closing the grave.
