WELLSVILLE — The Buckeye Water District (BWD) Board of Trustees recently adopted a policy for water loss due to an apparatus failure. The policy was a result of issues with the operation of the Mueller Meter Pitt Apparatus which could result in the meter registering excessive usage for water that passes through that meter and leaks on the customer side.
