SALEM — A public ceremony will be held Saturday to commemorate the completion of renovations at a downtown business. The Columbiana County Port Authority and the Sustainable Opportunity Development (SOD) Center are inviting “community members, business leaders, elected officials, and local partners” to celebrate the completion of a private building rehabilitation project downtown at 9:30 a.m. at the Broadway Exchange, 165 S. Lopshansky, 42, Woodland Avenue, Columbiana, charged with fourth-degree felony domestic violence and third-degree felony strangulation. BELOIT (WKBN)- Matthew T. Manley, the superintendent of West Branch Local Schools, announced that the Knox School was closed on Wednesday due to a threat investigation. Manley said he was contacted on Tuesday at 7 p.m. and asked to report a threat to the Sebring Police Department that involved the Knox school building, the home of the West Branch Preschool, Small Wonders Daycare, and classrooms of Columbiana County ESC students.
