Salem — Jace Dumoulin, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after officers responded to the 2700 block of East State Street at 12:38 p.m. Saturday where he was inside a vehicle without permission and started a physical altercation with a woman attempting to enter the vehicle.
