Engineering to begin on Columbiana traffic signals update
COLUMBIANA — Engineering is expected to begin this fall for the traffic signal upgrades at the state Routes 14, 46 and 146 intersection. Columbiana City Council approved an agreement on Sept. 15 with the Ohio Department of Transportation to do the project. ODOT announced last year that it was awarding $1.45 million in funding for the traffic signal upgrades through the Small Cities Program.
