CIC votes to pursue debt collection for defaulted loans
EAST LIVERPOOL — The East Liverpool Community Improvement Corporation will start the debt collection process for defaulted loans. During a full CIC board meeting, following CIC finance and property committee meetings, the board voted unanimously to start the debt collection process, which could include debt exams and garnishment against two business who have defaulted on their loans.
