LISBON — A Columbiana County engineer’s project to replace and rehabilitate manholes along Dresden Avenue in St. Clair Township received the go-ahead from commissioners to seek bids for the first phase of work. LIVERPOOL TOWNSHIP — During Tuesday’s meeting of the Liverpool Township Board of Trustees, the trustees approved the placement of a fire levy on the November General Election Ballot.
