Car cruise returning to East Palestine with new name, expanded offering of vehicles

EAST PALESTINE — A popular car cruise held in the village has a new name and an expanded offering of vehicles to see, including semi trucks and jeeps this year. The Wheels of the Valley event hosted by the East Palestine Chamber of Commerce will take place this Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. Formerly known as the Classic Car Cruise, the Wheels of the Valley is a “fresh take” on the event that had long been sponsored and organized by the Rotary Club of East Palestine, the village said in a statement announcing the event on its website. “Their dedication, countless volunteer ...
