East Liverpool safety personnel exposed to carbon monoxide

EAST LIVERPOOL — Four East Liverpool firefighters and an East Liverpool police dispatcher were treated and released with no serious injuries following exposure to carbon monoxide on Monday night.   Fire Chief Antony Cumo made the decision to send all five exposed to the carbon monoxide to the hospital for evaluation even though they may have appeared fine and said they felt fine. Ulbrich, 19, Steubenville Pike Road, Lisbon, was served Tuesday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for fourth-degree felony grand theft and fifth-degree felony breaking and entering for illegally entering the Lisbon Fire Department building and stealing equipment, including numerous radios and turnout gear used for firefighting on June 19.
