Deem appointed Director of EL Library

EAST LIVERPOOL — The East Liverpool Carnegie Public Library Board of Trustees announced the appointment of Mary Deem to the position of Director of the Library. Deem brings over 44 years of experience that spans all physical, operational and management areas of the library.

“We have the utmost confidence that her knowledge and abilities combined with her motivation and energies will provide great leadership as the library moves forward in its service and interaction with the East Liverpool community,” the board said in a submitted statement.
