LISBON — A Columbiana County Common Pleas Court judge denied a Lisbon man’s attempt to have evidence suppressed in the case against him. Curtis Gearhart, 39, South Lincoln Avenue, Lisbon, is still scheduled to face a jury trial on July 23 for a third-degree felony tampering with evidence charge.
