Grand Jury LISBON — A man accused of trafficking and possessing cocaine was served Thursday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury. Court News LISBON — A Salineville man accused of running over a deputy’s foot and fleeing after an incident when he threatened another man in the Spring Valley Road area in 2020 will face sentencing this morning in that case and a nonsupport of dependents case.
