Court News LISBON — An East Liverpool man facing multiple counts related to his alleged possession of multiple images of child pornography was again found not currently competent to stand trial and ordered hospitalized. Aiden C. Booth, 22, Center Street, had been evaluated again for competency, but was not transported for the recent hearing in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court from Heartland Behavioral Health Care. In the April 30 and May 2 editions, a case in Columbiana County Municipal Court for Kim S. Weekley, 61, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, should have stated that he was accused of failing to verify his address for the arson offender registration. Sheriff’s Office — Goshen Township Police in Mahoning County called at 2:35 p.m. Saturday to request a Columbiana County deputy do a welfare check on one of their township residents who made statements of self harm and was at a residence on Heritage Drive, Knox Township. The deputy spoke with the person who was fine and was with family members.
