LISBON — A Salineville-area woman pleaded guilty as charged to drug charges in county Common Pleas Court. Tani H. Lily, 47, of Seigler Road, pleaded guilty to drug possession charges involving cocaine. A presentence investigation was ordered. Sentencing is Feb. 3.
