Jury trial set for alleged second shooter in East Liverpool murder

LISBON — Curtis D. Holland, who’s accused in the 2021 shooting death of Brycen Douglas, is now scheduled to face a jury trial beginning at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 22, 2027. Columbiana County Common Pleas Court Judge Scott Washam set the new jury trial date after discussing the schedule with attorneys for both sides.
