ANDOVER — Juniors Brinsley Hiscox of United and Phiatra Bradley of Crestview were way ahead of the field Friday. Hiscox and Bradley won their events going away at the Pymatuning Valley Division IV district track meet. Hiscox took the girls 100-meter hurdles in 15.83 seconds, winning by more than one second.
