EAST PALESTINE — East Palestine's softball team exploded for four runs in the third inning to defeat Kirtland 6-0 on Wednesday in a Div. VI sectional contest. Kennedy Andre went the distance for the 17th seeded Bulldogs with eight strikeouts and a walk. Graycee Ford had a double and single to lead the Bulldogs. Sydney Jurjavcic and Andre had two hits each.
