WARREN — Wellsville junior twins Makayla and Madelyn Landess advanced as individuals and the Crestview boys and girls bowling teams advanced out of the Division II sectional tournament at Freeway Lanes on Sunday. Makayla Landess captured the sectional title with 572 series (187-206-179), eight pins better than Struthers senior Maddie Marshall. Madelyn Landess was 12th with a 443 seres (153-128-162). The third-seede Beavers fell to sixth-seeded Carrollton, 36-34, in the semifinals and to second-seeded Claymont, 43-34, in the consolation match.
