Phyllis A. McKarns 1927-2023 Phyllis A. McKarns, 96, of Minerva and formerly Salineville, died Saturday, March 4, 2023 in McCrae Manor in Alliance. She was born Jan. 26, 1927 in East Rochester to Carl and Lydia (Buckey) Ruff. She graduated from Minerva High School in 1944 where she was inducted into the National Honor Society. She has been a member of the New Alexander Christian Church since birth.
