Virginia was born April 16, 1938, in Weirton, WV, daughter of the late John and Anna Skrabut Beck.
She has resided in Beaver Falls the past five years but was previously a longtime resident of East Palestine. She was employed for 20 years as a salesclerk for Vittle Village in Unity prior to her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren as well as crocheting and reading.
