William ‘Chip’ Hall

SALEM – William “Chip” Hall, 56, of Salem, Ohio, passed away on Monday, Jan. 15, 2024, following a heart attack. Chip was a 1986 graduate of Wellsville High School. He was a graduate of The Ohio State University, ATI Turf Management Program and held a BS Degree in History from Kent State University, Kent, Ohio.
