LISBON -- Nancy Patchen Loshinsky, 89, of Lisbon, Ohio, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Feb. 18, 2024.
The Jamestown, New York, native was born on Aug. 13, 1934, the daughter of the late Ralph and Gladys Rozler Patchen.
She was involved in many things over the years. She was a girl scout, loved sports, played tennis, enjoyed gardening and truly enjoyed marveling at God's amazing creation. She was a draftsman, photographer and artist. She loved her dogs and birds. Her favorite meal was her son, Andy's ribs! She was very active in her church, loved Jesus, God's Word, and enjoyed praying with friends. She was a good mom, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend and will be terribly missed. She was especially blessed over these past years to have the best caretaker and advocate; her daughter Jenny.
She is survived by: daughter Jenny Loshinsky-Huff (Jamie) of Lisbon, Ohio; sons Jeff Loshinsky (John) of Hudson, N.Y., Jon Loshinsky (Dede) of Ennis, Texas, and Andy Loshinsky of Kensington, Ohio; grandchildren Hunter Loshinsky and all of the Huff family grandchildren; as well as many other dear friends.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her former husband James Loshinsky of Canfield, Ohio, and her sister Marcia Harding of Ironton, Ohio.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024 at 11 a. m. at Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine. The family will be present to receive friends that same morning from 10 to 11 a.m.
