1933-2024 SALEM — Celia Marie Brown, 90, passed away peacefully at 1:25 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at Continuing Healthcare of Lisbon. Born June 29, 1933 in Pikeville, Ky., she was a daughter of the late Bradley A. and Cora (Justice) Blackburn. She worked in quality control at Blackhawk Plastics for many years.
