Judy Kay Rice 1943-2025 LISBON — Judy Kay Rice, 82, died Friday morning June 6, 2025 at Continuing Healthcare following a brief battle with cancer. Born March 18, 1943 in Grass Valley, CA, she was a daughter of the late Virgil and Estella (Hall) Ashcraft. She worked as an art teacher at Southern Local for more than 30 years. Judy enjoyed arts and crafts, collecting Longaberger baskets and adored cats. She was a member of Lisbon Eagles Auxiliary and the Tri-State Antique Car Club.
