LISBON –Dean Blackburn, 85, died Tuesday. He was born on April 28, 1940 in McCombs, Ky., a son of the late Lewis and Mavis (Justice) Blackburn. Arrangements are by the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home.
