Joyce Faye Carman

Joyce Faye Carman, age 85, of Kensington, passed away at Copley Health Center on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Joyce was born in Minerva, Ohio on December 18, 1939, to Herbert J and Henrietta (Curtis) Alexander.

Joyce worked as an office manager at Guess Manufacturing for 11 years.

Joyce and Homer had a combined family of six children; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. To cherish her memories are a daughter, Stephanie Allison of Kensington; a granddaughter, Shannon Mathers of Bedford, NH; a great-granddaughter, Jovie Mathers; a brother, John (Patricia) Alexander of Minerva; and a sister, Lyda Alexander of East Canton.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Carman; a brother, Richard Alexander, a sister, Barbara Baker; and a stepdaughter, Mindy K (Carman) Straight.

Per her wishes, there will be no services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
