EAST PALESTINE — Betty Lou Kaufman, 84, died February 27, 2023 at Greenbrier Nursing Center in Boardman. Betty was born May 10, 1938 in New Springfield, Ohio, daughter of the late Homer and Betty Loucks Freer. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
