ALLIANCE — Susan “Suzie” Hines, 56, of Alliance died on Friday at Aultman Hospital, Canton. She was born on May 26, 1965, in East Liverpool, a daughter of James and Shirley Stacey Fersch Sr. Arrangements are pending with the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
