Richard J. ‘Dick’ Livolsi, Sr.

WELLSVILLE — Richard J. “Dick” Livolsi Sr., 83, of Wellsville, died Saturday at East Liverpool City Hospital. He was born Feb. 13, 1938, in East Liverpool, the son of the late Mauro Livolsi and Vera N. (Martino) McDowell. Roberts Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
