Ralph R. Smith

EAST PALESTINE — Ralph R. Smith, 73, East Palestine, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Boardman. He was born Dec. 11, 1948, in Beaver Falls, Pa., son of the late Ralph E. and Lois Linder Smith. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
