Patricia A. ‘Pat’ Schneider

EAST LIVERPOOL – Patricia A. “Pat” Schneider, 86, of East Liverpool died Thursday at her daughter’s home. She was born in East Liverpool on July 23, 1935 a daughter of the late Romey and Nancy Pauline (Edgell) Boley. Dawson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
