Joseph ‘Pap’ Pedro

COLUMBIANA — Joseph “Pap” Pedro, 82, died Friday at St. Elizabeth’s Health Center in Boardman. He was born in Columbiana County Oct. 10, 1939, son of the late Joseph Sr. and Edith Shultz Pedro. Linsley-Royal Funeral Home in East Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
