Joyce A. Ryan Ruble

EAST LIVERPOOL – Joyce A. Ryan Ruble, 86, of East Liverpool died Thursday at the Valley Oaks Care Center. Born in Wellsville, Oct. 22, 1935, she was a daughter of Edward J. and Florence Hulme Ryan. The Dawson Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
