County Sheriff — A Canfield man reported at 7:48 p.m. Tuesday that he owns a property on Darlington Road, Middleton Township, and someone has been trespassing inside one of the buildings due to prescription bottles, birth certificate, child support papers and domestic violence papers being found on the property. A female victim told deputies that she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend at the Elk Run Water Plant. Criminal charges were filed. — A disturbance was reported in the parking lot of Family Dollar, state Route 45, Lisbon, at 10:28 p.m. Saturday involving people inside a vehicle yelling and screaming. The caller advised they were going to be in the hospital for an extended period of time and provide care for a family member with known health issues.
