Wellsville — Officers responded on the morning of July 7 to the Family Dollar parking lot for a report of a person doing doughnuts in a jeep and hitting a light pole. While searching for the vehicle, officers were notified that a jeep matching the same description was driving north on Broadway Avenue in the southbound lane at a high rate of speed and driving in and out of residents’ yards.
