According to the report, Henry Mack, of Canton, was southbound on Y&O Road when he traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a stop sign. The caller advised that he believed he saw someone enter his home through a window on his surveillance camera and requested officers check on his wife and niece who were inside the home.
