Sheriff’s Office — A deputy responded to Grant Street, Center Township, at 9:50 a.m. Wednesday for a report of threats by a neighbor. The caller reported the other woman was harassing her, saying she was a demon, screaming and stomping around in the upstairs apartment. Contact was made with the victim, who advised she wanted a report made, but did not want to file charges against the other woman. She advised a relative punched her in the face and scratched her arms during an argument. The report said alcohol appeared to be a factor.
