An unknown vehicle fled state Route 172, while westbound at 11:25 a.m. Oct. 16 after going left of center and striking the mirror of an eastbound vehicle driven by Bruce McCormick, of Akron. The caller advised that someone had been loitering on the property that was not a guest.
