Sheriff Reports — Deputies were dispatched at 5:06 a.m. Saturday to state Route 164, Fairfield Township, regarding a welfare check, with a caller advising they could hear a woman screaming at a neighboring residence. Upon arrival at the suspected residence, a deputy made contact with a man who allowed the responding deputies inside the residence.
