Columbiana — Todd Sabean, of Akron, was arrested at 7:14 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 1300 block of Heck Road, after a police pursuit. Police had initiated a traffic stop of a white work van due to a report of it following a tractor trailer for an extended period of time. After the operator (Sabean) stopped and talked briefly to officers, he fled down state routes 14 and 7 within the city before being terminated north of the jurisdiction.
