Sheriff Reports — The family member of an inmate at the federal prison, FCI Elkton, Scrogges Road, Elkrun Township, called at 1:25 a.m. Tuesday requesting assistance. The family member wanted to make the prison staff informed of a situation going on with the inmate, however they could not get in touch with the prison through the posted phone number. Perry Township —Officers on patrol in the area of U.S. Route 62 and North Ellsworth Avenue observed a vehicle turn onto U.S. Route 62 while driving on the wrong side of the roadway at 1:51 a.m. Sunday.
